PROCLAMATIONS AND FLAG-RAISINGS
A proclamation is an official declaration issued by the Mayor of the Town of Hearst or members of Town Council to announce important causes, events, or observances that are significant to the Town of Hearst and its citizens.
Flag-raisings enhance public awareness of community activities such as multicultural events and days of national importance. The Town of Hearst strives to promote the cultural diversity of the town by acknowledging important organizations and groups that serve Hearst.
