Hearst, Kapuskasing, Smooth Rock Falls Counselling Services

Hearst, Kapuskasing, Smooth Rock Falls Counselling Services (HKSRFCS) is a francophone charitable non-profit organization and is governed by a Board of Directors composed of volunteers.

The HKSRFCS offers, in both official languages, a variety of programs and services in mental health and works with victims of violence and critical incidents of the communities located in the region of North Cochrane.
