Hearst Downtown is part of the Business Improvement Area (better known as Hearst BIA). Over 80 shops and services provide a friendly service. There are retail stores, restaurants, entertainment, recreational and cultural facilities. Free parking is available on Friday evenings and all day Saturday. The corridor from the western end of Highway 11 also has a concentration of shops, restaurants and services.
