FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE AND SUBMISSION OF INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURES TO NAV CANADA

The Corporation of the Town of Hearst invites suppliers to submit a quotation for the development, maintenance and submission of instrument approach procedures to Nav Canada for the Hearst René Fontaine Municipal Airport.

The requirements of the quotation and required scope of work are outlined in the Request for Quotations document that may be obtained at the Hearst Town Hall, located at 925 Alexandra Street.

Sealed quotations on forms supplied by the Municipality will be received until 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the Hearst Town Hall.

Quotations will be opened publicly at 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Hearst Town Hall.

 FOR VISUAL CONTENT PRODUCTION FOR  HEARST TOURIST ATTRACTIONS

The Hearst Development Corporation invites contractors to submit a quotation for the production of visual content for Hearst tourist attractions. The contract will be in effect for a period of one (1) year, starting July 27, 2026.

REQUEST FOR TENDERS

 FOR GRANULAR « A » CRUSHED GRAVEL 

Sealed tenders on forms supplied by the Municipality will be received at the Hearst Town Hall reception located at 925 Alexandra Street, until 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 16^th, 2026, for the supply and transportation by belly-dump semi-trailer, of 12,465 metric tons of granular « A » crushed gravel for the Blais, Roy, and McNee roads.

Tenders will be opened publicly at 3:35 p.m. on Thursday, July 16^th, 2026, at Hearst Town Hall.  Materials, operations and machinery are to comply with the specifications of the Ontario Provincial Standards and the Town of Hearst.

Each submission must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 10% of the total bid amount.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

REQUEST FOR TENDERS

 FOR SCREENED WINTER SAND

Sealed tenders on forms supplied by the Municipality will be received at the Hearst Town Hall reception located at 925 Alexandra Street, until 3:30 p.m., on Thursday, July 16^th, 2026, for 1,800 cubic metres of screened winter sand to be delivered, mixed with salt, and placed inside the Public Works sand dome.

Tenders will be opened publicly at 3:35 p.m. on Thursday, July 16^th, 2026, at Hearst Town Hall.  Materials, operations and machinery are to comply with the specifications of the Ontario Provincial Standards and the Town of Hearst.

Please note that a certified cheque for 10% of the tender must accompany each tender.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
