Located in the same building as the Gilles Gagnon Tourist Information Centre, this building has a multi-media room with video conferencing equipment and an interactive smart board. Guest capacity of 50. There is an adjacent 1,025 sq. ft. exhibition hall that can be used as a reception hall or for serving your meals or health breaks.

Heritage Sawmill Marketplace

Located on Front Street (Hwy 11), this exhibit area of 1,840 sq. ft. holds a maximum capacity of 140 people (banquet reduced to 100). No on-site kitchen available.

Place des Arts

One of the best indoor facilities found in Hearst. Both halls located on the first floor offer a combined 9,100 sq. ft. meeting space that can accommodate 750 people (without alcohol licence). Room E, located on the second floor holds up to 60 people.

Gallery 815

Located on the ground floor of the Place des Arts de Hearst, the Gallery 815 may be the ideal place to hold a reception or special events. Maximum capacity of 60 people.

Université de Hearst

Here, you will find a 4,700 sq. ft. gymnasium that’s suitable for your banquet or your plenary sessions. In addition, the university has a 200 seats amphitheater with projection equipment, a 60 seats multimedia conference and many classrooms that can certainly meet your  expectations. The student centre “Notre Place” has a seating capacity of 120 people. On-site catering is available from September to April.
