Sealed quotations on forms supplied by the Municipality will be received until 3:30 p.m., Thursday, October 8th, 2026, at the Hearst Town Hall, located at 925 Alexandra St., for the removal of scrap metal from the Town of Hearst landfill site.

The work consists of supplying all equipment, materials and labour necessary for the removal of mixed metals from the Town of Hearst landfill site and remitting the revenues from the scrap metal to the Town of Hearst, at the rate quoted. Forms and specifications may be obtained at the Hearst Town Hall.

Quotations will be opened publicly at 3:35 p.m. on Thursday, October 8th, 2026, at the Hearst Town Hall. The highest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.

The Corporation of the Town of Hearst invites proponents to submit a proposal for the supply and delivery of one (1) trailer-mounted emergency generator.

The requirements of the proposal are outlined in the Request for Proposals document that may be obtained at the Hearst Town Hall, located at 925 Alexandra Street.

Sealed proposals on forms supplied by the Municipality will be received until 3:30 p.m., Thursday, October 8, 2026, at the Hearst Town Hall.  The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. Proposals are subject to approval by the Town of Hearst Municipal Council.
