Sports & Business Tourism

Hearst Tourism recognizes the influence and values of hosting sports events, and is committed to improve the image of Hearst as the ideal destination in Northern Ontario  for such events. Furthermore, Hearst is also the first community to take the initiative to develop a sport tourism project among it’s regional competitors. The Hearst EDC wishes to increase the number of participants and obtain more regional and invitational sporting events, which would make it evident that our community is THE BEST tourist destination in North Ontario.
