REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE MUNICIPAL GARAGE BUILDING        

The Corporation of the Town of Hearst invites contractors to submit a proposal for the extension of the municipal garage building, which shall include the supply of all materials, labour and equipment necessary to build a structure that will be used as a storage space for municipal equipment.  This structure will be located east of the existing municipal garage and will be roofed and walled on the north and south sides only.  The east side should be kept clear and as unobstructed as possible.

The requirements of the proposal and required scope of services are outlined in the Request for Proposal document that may be obtained at the Hearst Town Hall, located at 925 Alexandra Street.

Sealed proposals on forms supplied by the Municipality will be received until 3:30 p.m., Thursday, June 15, 2023, at the Hearst Town Hall.

The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
