Hôpital Notre-Dame Hospital

Hôpital Notre-Dame Hospital (Hearst) is a modern 44-bed, fully accredited hospital that services a population of some 10,000 people. Members of the medical staff are supported by locum tenants’ surgeons, locum emergency physicians, radiologists from Timmins and District Hospital, and one midwife.

To better service the Hearst and surrounding communities, Hôpital Notre Dame Hospital (Hearst) offers visiting specialty clinics such as: allergy, cardiology, gynecology, internal medicine, oncology, orthopaedic, paediatric, urology and outreach consultation with specialist through Ontario Telemedicine Network.

Foyer des Pionniers

Foyer des Pionniers is a newly constructed 67 bed non-profit long-term care home, owned by Foyer Hearst – Mattice Soins de Santé.

The primary purpose of our Home has always been and continues to be the provision of high quality care and services to elderly persons, people with disabilities, and those who have a chronic or prolonged illness.

This long-term care home is primarily the Home of the residents. As such it is operated in a way that physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of each resident are met.
