Update on the Stéphane Lecours Swimming Pool Rehabilitation Project June 8, 2023

June 7, 2023, Hearst, Ontario:  Despite a number of delays, the upgrade of the municipal swimming pool is progressing and should, for the most part, be completed by the end of August, beginning of September.  However, a component of the HVAC system will not be delivered until December, meaning that the opening of the swimming pool cannot occur before that date.  Municipal staff and project contractors are working to find an alternative solution to allow the pool to reopen at an earlier date.

Any changes to the schedule will be communicated.
