BUILDING PERMITS / INSPECTION SERVICES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Although Town Hall is closed to the public, the Building Department continues to provide building permits and inspection services.

You can request an inspection, a building permit application review or submit any documentation using the following methods:

  • By phone: 705-372-2818
  • By email: khautcoeur@hearst.ca
  • Submitting applications, plans/documents, payments, etc. in the deposit box located outside the Town Hall main entrance, 925 Alexandra Street.

Please be advised that when the interior inspection of a building is requested, the occupants of the building (including workers) will be required to vacate the premises during the inspection process.  Once the inspection is completed, the report will be emailed to the applicant.
