Caisse Populaire Alliance Panache Award April 24, 2019

Hearst, On— In February, the Hearst Economic Development (ED) launched the 4th edition of the Caisse Populaire Alliance Panache Award. Many nominations have been submitted in each category:

 

– Young professional 1 & 2
– Business succession
– Volunteer of the year
– Ambassador
– Business Start-up
– School perseverance /Surpassing one-self
– Youth Initiative
– Best employer

With the nomination period now over, the jury has determined the category recipients. In addition, the Université de Hearst and Collège Boréal will each be presenting a prize to a young student who has studied in Hearst and is now working in the region. Another prize will be awarded at the gala to a business who has been serving the community for over 50 years!

Special thanks to the Caisse Populaire Alliance for hosting the event, as well as our partners : Baker Tilly, Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est, les Médias de l’épinette noire, Villeneuve Construction, Columbia Forest Products, CDER Nord-Aski, le Centre Partenaire pour l’emploi, le BIA de Hearst, l’Université de Hearst and Collège Boréal.

The Caisse Populaire Alliance Panache Award is organized by the Hearst ED in collaboration with NordAski REDC, Collège Boréal, the Partners for Employment Centre, the Université de Hearst and the Northeast Training Board.

The Caisse Populaire Alliance Panache Award Gala takes place Saturday, May 4th 2019, at Place des Arts, starting at 6 pm. A cocktail and gourmet dinner will be served and guests will be able to appreciate local musical talents.

Tickets are now on sale for $ 60 at the Gilles Gagnon Tourism Centre.
