Caisse Populaire Alliance Panache Award

The Prix Panache Awards promotes excellence and recognizes the young entrepreneurs, less than 40 yeras old, working in the Hearst and surroundings.

Deadlines:

Contest official launch: Feb. 27th 2019
Closing of the nomination period: April 5th 2019
Evaluation from the jury: April 10th 2019
Gala and trophy presentation: Saturday May 4th, 2019

Here are the nomination forms for the 2019 edition:

Young Professional 1: This award is for a youth from outside Hearst who chose to live and have a career in Hearst.

Young Professional 2This award is for a youth from Hearst who has done his/her studies outside Hearst and has returned to pursue a career in Hearst.

Business Start-upThis prize is awarded to a young company that stands out for all of its management and development and growth strategy.

Business SuccessionThis prize is awarded to a youth that has completed all the major elements in the buying or succession of a business.

AmbassadorThis award is given to a youth that has contributed to the promotion of Hearst through his/her actions.

Volunteer of the YearThis award is for youth entrepreneurs or professionals who stand out in their community involvement in areas such as education, community, economic, political, sporting, cultural, etc.

School Perseverance / Surpassing one-selfThis award recognizes a young person who stands out for his achievements and perseverance in their academic progress, that make her/him an example of courage and determination.

Youth InitiativeThis award recognizes an outstanding project aimed at youth for its positive contribution to the community. This project also needs to be organized by youth.

Best Employer: This award recognizes a company that has distinguished itself by the innovation of its human resources management and is inspiring in its environment to develop the quality of its work environment and sense of belonging within its team.

Université de Hearst Award: This award is presented to a youth who has studied at the Université de Hearst, Hearst campus and who works in a business or organization in the region. It aims to recognize the professional success of its graduates.

Collège Boréal Award: This award is for a youth who has studied at the Collège Boréal, Hearst campus and who works in a business or organization in the region. It aims to recognize the professional success of its graduates.

The Prix Panache Awards is an event organized by the Hearst Economic Development in collaboration with Nordaski, Collège Boréal, Partners for Employment Centre, Université de Hearst and the Northeast Training Board.
