Speaker Lynn Glazer has a lot of experience with gardening, but also with food transformation. She will demonstrate the art of dehydrating all kinds of food, so we can prolong its shelf life.

This last workshop is a great way to celebrate the success of our activities throughout the year.

Learn new ways to transform food and take advantage of our harvesting season.

The workshop will be held in French with the opportunity to ask questions in English as well.

Raffle tickets will be drawn at the end of the night to highlight the success and participation in this year’s gardening series.
